this is obviously a joke...gas is definitely not free. I bet they were just resetting gas prices. Very picture worthy.

cool graffiti garbage can

new QFC/new condos at Jefferson Square. I hear they're putting in a Trader Joe's! Go 1 block West and you'll hit the West Seattle Junction (or Downtown West Seattle)
Welcome to the West Seattle Junction. 4 blocks of local owned business, delis, boutiques, cafes, and plenty of restaurants

Best Bakery in Seattle! Hands down.
Bakery Nouveau has fresh basked pastries, quiches, and desserts. Worth the trip to West Seattle. Food is on the pricey side but worth every penny and every bite.

Delicious pizza on focaccia bread.

Even little children can't resist Bakery Nouveau.

My twice-baked almond-croissant before it was devoured with a hot cup o' joe.

One block North: Easy Street Record Store (Used and New Records) and Cafe

Diagonally across from Easy Street, sits Verite Coffee and Cupcake Royale. Really yummy cupcakes if you like sweetttt treats (definitely on the sweeter side if you've ever had Magnolia cupcakes (NYC) or Sprinkles (LA). These cupcakes are similar to Crumbs.

Across from Cafe Verite and Cupcake Royale is Sugar Rush Baking Company. Pricey but the desserts look unique and tasty

Up the street a block north from the heart of the West Seattle Junction, Shoofly Pie Co. Fresh baked pies. Sounds scrumptious.

Hiawatha Park.
